Symposia

Symposia process

To ensure that this BSG2013 stimulates leading edge dialogue and captures the latest in ageing research, the process for developing the programme will to firstly encourage submission of symposia chairs and outlines under the four sub-themes of the conference.

Once these have been selected the titles will be included in the call for abstracts and some submitted papers may be allocated to the symposia following discussion with the Chairs.

The organisers therefore ask you to submit your symposium outlines by 1 February 2013.

On 20 February they will announce the titles of each symposium and open up the call for abstracts.

All abstracts must be received by 1 April 2013. By 20 May 2013 the organisers will advise you about the acceptance of your abstract.

In the meantime, should you require any additional information please do not hesitate to contact Angelika Kaiser at angelika.kaiser@ageing.ox.ac.uk
